2. What data does Terminder process?

Terminder accesses your Google Calendar in read-only mode. The following data is processed:

Google OAuth token: Stored locally on your device (iOS Keychain) to access the Google Calendar API.
Google User ID: Collected during Google Sign-In to identify your account. Stored locally on your device only.
IP address: Temporarily collected by Google Sign-In for fraud prevention. Terminder itself does not store IP addresses.
Calendar and event data: Retrieved from the Google Calendar API and stored locally on your device to schedule alarms.
Settings: Your alarm settings (lead time, excluded calendars/events, pause mode) are stored locally on your device.

3. Where is data stored?

Exclusively on your device. Terminder does not operate any servers. No data is transmitted to us or third parties — except for direct communication between your device and the Google Calendar API.

4. Third-party sharing

Terminder does not share any data with third parties. The only external communication is with:

Google Calendar API: To retrieve your calendars and events (read-only). Google's Privacy Policy applies.
Google Sign-In: To authenticate your Google account.

5. How long is data stored?

Your data is stored on your device as long as you use the app. When you sign out, the OAuth token is removed – your settings (lead times, calendar exclusions, etc.) are preserved so they can be restored when you sign in again. When you delete the app, all local data is completely removed.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access information about your stored data
Delete your data (uninstalling the app removes all data; signing out removes the OAuth token)
Revoke Google access (via your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions)

7. Analytics and tracking

Terminder does not use any analytics tools, trackers, or advertising. No usage data is collected.
